(Franklin, KY) The Senior Perspectives Program at the Medical Center at Scottsville and Franklin celebrated Assisted Living Facilities Week in style by participating in the Fall Festival at Arcadia Senior Living. Program Director, Kenyatta Williams, and Program Therapist, Andy Tanaro, represented the Senior Perspectives team at the event, which was designed to bring joy and engagement to the residents of Arcadia Senior Living and raise awareness about mental health services for seniors.
Kenyatta and Andy set up an interactive booth at the festival, offering attendees the opportunity to learn more about the Senior Perspectives Program, which provides critical mental health support to the aging population. The program is dedicated to helping seniors navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, and the emotional changes that come with aging.
The booth, which was decorated for fall, attracted a great deal of attention as Kenyatta and Andy shared information about the mental health resources available through the Senior Perspectives Program. In addition to the educational material, the booth also featured fun activities, including a raffle where attendees had the chance to win prizes
