During these sessions, the New Beginnings Program staff shared invaluable insights into six practical ways to enhance mental wellness, empowering seniors with actionable strategies for self-care and resilience. As part of their commitment to community education and support, they distributed the January Newsletter titled "New Year, New You!"—a fitting theme to inspire positive change and personal growth in the new year.
